Return Process:

    If the costume’s material does not match the description on the product page (e.g., filling, fabric composition), provide a valid test certificate and images to confirm the issue. If proven valid, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  3. Size Discrepancy:
    If the costume’s size does not match the size chart on our website (within 1-3 inches), provide product measurements and transaction proof. If the discrepancy is over 3 inches, we will accept the return and cover the shipping cost.

  4. Pattern, Style, or Color Discrepancy:
    If the pattern, style, or color differs from what is listed on the product page, provide photos and transaction proof. We will cover the return shipping costs if the discrepancy is confirmed.
